Delivery Inspection & After-Sales Service
Please carefully inspect the outer packaging upon parcel delivery. If you notice any damage, leakage or severe deformation, take photos as valid evidence, refuse to sign for the parcel, and contact our support team immediately.
If any product defects are discovered after signing for delivery, please notify our customer support team within 48 hours. We will verify the issue and arrange reasonable return, exchange or other appropriate after-sales solutions accordingly.
